I was first aware of Cliff’s consulting expertise during my tenure at Bramalea Limited in the 1980s when he was dealing with the company’s high rise division. In 1989 I became part of an international consulting team based in England to spearhead the first major land development initiative in former East Berlin area for a 500 acre high tech business park.
